Quantity Surveyor Civil Officer

Qualification:

• Fresh graduate in Civil Engineering or at least 1 year professional experience

• Experience or involvement in projects related to Quantity Surveyor tasks (cost estimation, BoQ, tender, or contractor review)

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Main Task:

• Prepare cost estimates and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) for project works

• Lead tender process: from aanwijzing, clarification, negotiation, to contractor selection

• Review contractor quotations and ensure alignment with project requirements

• Provide accurate project reports to management
