Two years after the creation of Lewis & Carroll tea, we realize that there is a great synergy between tea and dessert. Therefore we created a new addition in our 3rd outlet; a dessert bar with Chef Grace Dharmawan.
What is Dessert Lab by Lewis & Carroll? the concept is centered around the idea of dessert and tea pairing.
We would like to offer a new experience, a combination of plated dessert dishes and artisanal tea as the main beverage. Adventurous and playful Chef Grace is drawn to create beautiful desserts and art, while creating a whole
new world of delicious flavors and tastes. She gives each dessert its own story based on her abudance of dessert experience in Melbourne, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Bali.
Chef Grace's experience in fine dining establishment drives her to create more than just whole cakes, which is a very common dessert option in Jakarta. Her desserts will be centered around plated desserts, which will be
renewed every season.
