Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Security Team to ensure the effective implementation of security, safety, and emergency procedures throughout the mall.
• Monitor daily security operations, including patrols, CCTV surveillance, access control, manpower deployment, and incident response.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, police, emergency services, and other stakeholders, while preparing security reports and administrative documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or equivalent role, preferably in shopping malls, commercial buildings, or property management.
• Gada Madya Security Certification is preferred; military or law enforcement background is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV systems, emergency response procedures, Indonesian criminal law, and security regulations.
• High integrity, professionalism, and physical fitness.
• Able to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Willing to be placed at Senayan City, Central Jakarta.
