Please read this SCX Iconic Member Terms & Conditions carefully. By applying to the SCX Iconic Member program, you agree to these rewards term & conditions.
Eligibility require for SCX Iconic Member privilege:
- Get your SCX Iconic virtual card member holder for FREE by register yourself through the Senayan City mobile app or at our Concierge located at Main or South Lobby, Ground Floor.
- Upgrade your virtual membership to SCX 2.0 (Rose Gold e-card) for minimum purchase of Rp30.000.000,- (thirty million rupiah) within 1 (one) month.
- All participants must be at least 18 years old and above on the date they sign up for the SCX Iconic Member programme.
- Indonesia citizen must provide a copy of valid ID and foreign citizen must provide a copy of valid KITAS/Passport.
- Fill up and sign the application. You are required to provide us with current, accurate, truthful and complete information about yourself during the registration process and to keep the current and update records with us. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for all consequences of providing any inaccurate, incomplete and/or insufficient information. In the event that we determine or have reason to believe that the information which you have provided to us is not current, is inaccurate, or is incomplete in any way or that you have provided us with false or misleading registration information, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your membership.
- The membership is not eligible for:
- All of Senayan City employee and their immediate family (parents, husband/wife, brother, sister and children).
- All of Senayan City tenant’s staff nor owner and their immediate family (parents, husband/wife, brother, sister and children).
- All travel agents and agencies.
Please Note The Following Guidelines For Earning SCX Points
- Show your SCX Iconic virtual card member holder and the original receipt or e-receipt to the Concierge on the same day as the transaction date.
- The valid receipt is only the printed receipt; manual receipts or invoices are not accepted.
- Duplicate, copies, corrections, changes on the receipts are considered invalid.
- To earn SCX Points, you must submit your original receipt or e-receipt on the same day as the transaction date indicated on the purchase receipt. You can earn points within 1 (one) day upon the receipt(s) date by showing the original receipt(s). This is valid for accumulated receipts every Rp.500.000,- (five hundred thousand rupiah). For e-receipt, must also submit the e-receipt through e-mail to [email protected] on the same day of the transaction date indicated on the purchase receipt.
- Receipts are valid only for retail tenants in Senayan City and not eligible for the following participant:
- Exhibitions
- Money changer
- ATM or any bank transaction
- Purchase tenants gift / shopping voucher
- Cinema XXI
- Telecommunications bill payment and others
- Payment of tenant’s membership
- Payment of tenant’s top-up membership or any other card transaction
- Tour & Travel
- Jewelry (except tenant: Swarovski, Pandora, D’paris and Diamond & Co.).
e. Shopping receipt should not be given to another SCX Iconic Member to earn points. The printed name on the original receipt or e-receipt should be matched the registered name on the SCX Iconic virtual card member holder.
f. Senayan City is not responsible for any lost receipts.
g. 1 (one) SCX Iconic Member can redeem a maximum 5 (five) receipts from the same tenant on the same day.
h. Transaction above Rp20.000.000,- (twenty million rupiah) will be verified and points will be credited to the member’s account within a maximum of 2x24 working hours (Monday – Friday, 10.00 – 22.00 WIB).
i. To be eligible to earn SCX points, herewith the following terms & conditions:
- Submit your original receipt or e-receipt on the same day as the transaction date indicated on the receipt of purchase until 21.00 – 22.00 WIB (subject to prevailing Mall operation hours).
- Exception for purchase over 21.00 WIB or one hour before prevailing Mall operation hours end, can be redeemed on the next 2 (two) days (2 x 24 hours) during Mall’s operating hours on 10.00 – 22.00 WIB by visiting our Concierge located in the Main and South Lobby Ground Floor.
j. Receipt with advance payment or deposit from any tenants can not be redeemed with points. It can only be redeemed after the settlement and can be redeemed on the same day as the settlement date.
k. SCX Iconic virtual card member holder must present the purchased items at the time of redemption. The printed name on the original purchase receipt should match the printed name on the SCX Iconic virtual card member holder.
l. Point rewards will not be credited or will be delayed crediting into your account until your receipt is determined by us to be valid. We may reject any receipt as being invalid at our sole discretion, and any such decisions by us shall be considered final, conclusive and binding upon you. We may cancel and/or delete and/or otherwise deduct points that have already been credited into your account in our absolute discretion.
m. Points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable between accounts or assignable for any reason or purpose.
SCX Points Validity Period
SCX Iconic Member point period lasts for a set time period that starts every 4 (four) months on:
- January 1st valid until April 30th.
- May 1st valid until August 31st.
- September 1st valid until December 31st
If you join as SCX Iconic Member and post points on April, August, and December your points will expire at the end of the month.
Redemption
- SCX Iconic Member is able to redeem the point through Senayan City mobile app.
- To get a Reward redemption tenant voucher, SCX Iconic Member must have a minimum of 30 points.
- SCX Iconic Member must present the e-voucher on the Senayan City mobile app and a valid Indonesian ID or KITAS or Passport for identity verification at the Concierge located in Main Lobby Ground Floor.
- Reward redemption is valid until 14 (fourteen) days after the end of redemption period.
- Redemption must be made by the membership personally in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Redemption of reward can not be represented by other parties unless SCX Iconic virtual card member holder provide a Power Of Attorney on the Rp10.000,- (ten thousand rupiah) stamp to the relevant person.
- Rewards and prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.
- Points will be automatically deducted once the reward redemption has been completed.
- After redemption, rewards, and/or prizes may not be exchanged for cash, refunds and cancelled for any reason.
- Voucher redemption can be redeemed at Senayan City Concierge or Senayan City mobile app and will be available for pick up 14 (fourteen) days upon reward redemption.
- Reward from the program can be redeemed on the same day of the transaction.
- If SCX Iconic Member does not pick up the reward until the specified time limit, the reward will be forfeited and become the property of Senayan City and Senayan City will have no other obligations to SCX Iconic Member.
Termination & Discretion Of SCX Iconic Member Programme
Without prejudice to the other terms of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to exercise the following options at any time at our discretion and without any liability to you, notice, or reason:
- Suspend or terminate your Membership whether or not you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions; and/or
- Refuse your participation in the SCX Iconic Member Programme; and/or
- Introduce, amend, restrict, suspend or terminate any of the benefits, services, facilities and privileges in connection with your Membership.
Miscellaneous Term & Condition
- SCX Iconic virtual card member holder are considered to have understood the Terms and Conditions and accept any changes made to any provision.
- SCX Iconic virtual card member holder is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of issue. If there is no transaction made within 2 (two) years, SCX Iconic virtual card member holder will be automatically terminated.
- For SCX 2.0 membership (Rose Gold e-card), if the accumulation of transactions is less than Rp30.000.000,- (thirty million rupiah) within one year, the SCX 2.0 membership will be automatically change into SCX Style membership (Silver e-card).
- SCX Iconic Member agree to receive regular SMS and e-mail from the SCX Iconic Member Programme or Senayan City.
- SCX Iconic Member may only hold one membership per individual. If it is proven that the member is having more than one membership, the member has to choose one membership with points attached and it cannot be transferred.
- Point and membership are not transferable to another party.
- All members’ data are confidential and will only be used for the benefit of the program unless required under the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Senayan City reserves the right, at it’s absolute discretion, to take any action, including without limitation, to determine any sanctions on any fraud and violation of this SCX Iconic Member Programme by members.
- Each of these Terms and Conditions is severable and distinct from one another. If at any time, any one or more of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired in any way.
- You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other Terms and Conditions governing the use of such facilities, benefits, or services in connection with your membership, as the same may be amended or varied from time to time. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions, the former will prevail and apply, and the latter will be deemed to be modified so far only as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise provided by these Terms and Conditions, nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect the validity and enforceability of our rights or remedies under any other Terms and Conditions which will continue to apply.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Indonesia version of these Terms & Conditions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Persyaratan & Keanggotaan
Mohon baca Syarat dan Ketentuan SCX Iconic Member ini dengan seksama. Dengan menggunakan kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member, anda setuju dengan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan ini.
a. Persyaratan Keanggotaan SCX Iconic Member:
b. Dapatkan kartu keanggotaan virtual SCX Iconic Member secara cuma-cuma dengan mendaftarkan identitas diri Anda dengan registrasi melalui mobile app Senayan City atau melalui Concierge di Lobi Utama atau Selatan di Lantai Dasar.
c. Tingkatkan level kartu virtual Anda ke SCX 2.0 (Rose Gold e-card) dengan ketentuan pembelanjaan minimal Rp30.000.000, - (tiga puluh juta rupiah) dalam 1 (satu) bulan.
d. Seluruh partisipan harus sudah berusia 18 tahun ke atas pada tanggal mereka mendaftar untuk program SCX Iconic Member.
e. Warga Negara Indonesia wajib memberikan salinan KTP yang masih berlaku dan Warga Negara Asing wajib memberikan salinan KITAS/Paspport.
f. Mengisi formulir di mobile app Senayan City. Anda diminta untuk memberikan informasi terkini yang akurat, benar dan lengkap tentang diri anda selama proses pendaftaran dan untuk tetap memperbarui dengan data-data terkini. Anda menyetujui bahwa Anda bertanggung jawab atas semua konsekuensi-konsekuensi apabila tidak menyediakan informasi yang tidak akurat, tidak lengkap dan / atau tidak cukup. Apabila ditemukan bahwa informasi yang Anda berikan kepada kami saat melakukan registrasi tidak akurat atau tidak lengkap dengan cara apapun atau bahwa Anda telah memberikan informasi yang tidak benar atau menyesatkan, kami berhak menangguhkan atau menghentikan keanggotaan Anda.
Keanggotaan SCX Iconic Member Senayan City tidak berlaku untuk:
- Seluruh karyawan Senayan City dan keluarga langsung (orang tua, suami / istri, kakak, adik dan anak-anak);
- Seluruh karyawan tenant, pemilik toko di Senayan City, dan keluarga langsung (orang tua, suami / istri, kakak, adik dan anak-anak);
- Seluruh travel agent atau agensi.
Mohon Perhatikan Pedoman Berikut Untuk Mendapatkan Poin SCX Iconic Member
- Tunjukan SCX Iconic Member Anda dan struk asli atau e-receipt ke Concierge sesuai dengan tanggal transaksi yang tertera pada struk pembelanjaan.
- Struk yang berlaku hanya struk cetak; nota manual atau kwitansi tidak berlaku.
- Salinan atau fotokopi struk atau terdapat koreksi dan perubahan pada struk dianggap tidak berlaku.
- Poin dapat ditukarkan pada hari yang sama dengan tanggal transaksi yang tertera pada struk pembelanjaan dengan menyerahkan struk atau e-receipt asli ke Concierge. Berlaku kelipatan dalam satu struk pembelanjaan setiap Rp.500.000 (lima ratus ribu rupiah). Untuk e-receipt wajib juga dikirimkan melalui e-mail ke [email protected] sesuai dengan tanggal transaksi yang tertera pada struk pembelanjaan.
- Struk hanya berlaku untuk toko-toko perdagangan retail di Senayan City dan tidak berlaku untuk transaksi di bawah ini:
- Pameran
- Penukaran Valas / mata uang
- Penarikan ATM tunai atau transaksi bank lainnya
- Pembelian gift / shopping voucher tenants
- Cinema XXI
- Pembayaran listrik, telephone dll
- Pembayaran iuran keanggotaan / membership tenant
- Pembayaran Top-up membership tenant / kartu pembayaran transaksi lainnya
- Tour and Travel
- Jewelry Tenant (pengecualian untuk tenant Swarovski, Pandora, D’paris dan Diamond & Co.)
- Struk belanja tidak dapat digunakan oleh pihak lain selain SCX Iconic Member sendiri. Nama yang tertera di struk atau e-receipt belanja harus sesuai dengan nama yang terdaftar sebagai SCX Iconic Member.
- Senayan City tidak bertanggung jawab apabila struk hilang.
- 1 (satu) nama member dapat melakukan penukaran struk maksimal 5 (lima) struk dari tenant yang sama dalam satu hari yang sama.
- Struk pembelanjaan di atas Rp20.000.000,- (dua puluh juta rupiah) akan diverifikasi terlebih dahulu dan akan dikreditkan ke akun anda dengan jangka waktu maksimal 2x24 jam di hari kerja (Senin – Jumat, 10.00 – 22.00 WIB).
- Poin bisa didapatkan di Concierge, berikut syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku:
- Menukarkan struk atau e-receipt belanja asli pada hari yang sama dengan tanggal transaksi yang tertera pada struk pembelanjaan hingga pukul 21.00 – 22.00 WIB (sesuai jam operasional yang berlaku).
- Pengecualian untuk struk pembelanjaan di atas pukul 21.00 WIB atau 1 (satu) jam sebelum jam operasional Mall yang berlaku berakhir dapat ditukarkan paling lambat 2 (dua) hari berikutnya (2 x 24 jam) selama jam operasional mall, 10.00 – 22.00 WIB. Anda dapat melakukan penukaran poin melalui Concierge di Lobi Utama atau Selatan di Lantai Dasar.
- Struk pembelanjaan dengan sistem deposit dari tenant apapun tidak dapat dilakukan penukaran poin. Poin hanya bisa didapatkan setelah pelunasan dengan menyerahkan struk pelunasan di hari yang sama kepada petugas Senayan City.
- Pemegang kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member harus memperlihatkan barang yang dibeli pada saat penukaran poin.
- Poin tidak akan dikreditkan ke akun Anda sampai proses validasi struk pembelanjaan anda dinyatakan sah. Senayan City berhak menolak struk pembelanjaan apapun yang dianggap tidak sah sesuai dengan kebijakan Senayan City dan setiap keputusan Senayan City dinyatakan final, mutlak dan mengikat. Senayan City berhak untuk membatalkan / menghapus / atau mengurangi poin yang telah dikreditkan ke akun Anda berdasarkan kebijaksanaan Senayan City sepenuhnya.
- Poin tidak dapat ditukarkan dengan uang tunai dan tidak dapat dialihkan antar akun atau dialihkan untuk alasan apapun atau tujuan apapun.
Masa Berlaku SCX Poin
Masa berlaku poin SCX Iconic Member berlangsung selama jangka waktu tertentu yang dimulai setiap 4 (empat) bulan:
- 1 Januari berlaku sampai dengan 30 April
- 1 Mei berlaku sampai dengan 31 Agustus
- 1 September berlaku sampai dengan 31 Desember
Apabila Anda menjadi SCX Iconic Member dan melakukan penukaran poin pada bulan April, Agustus dan Desember maka poin akan berakhir di akhir bulan tersebut.
Penukaran Hadiah
- SCX Iconic Member dapat menukarkan poin dengan hadiah melalui mobile app Senayan City.
- Untuk penukaran hadiah poin berupa voucher tenant, SCX Iconic Member harus memiliki minimal 30 Poin.
- Member wajib menunjukkan e-voucher yang ada pada mobile app Senayan City serta identitas berupa KTP atau KITAS/Passport untuk proses validasi, yang berlokasi di Concierge Lobi Utama di Lantai Dasar.
- Voucher tenant redemption dapat ditukar hingga 14 (empat belas) hari (Senin – Minggu, 10.00 – 22.00 WIB) setelah periode redemption berakhir.
- Penukaran hadiah harus dilakukan oleh Anda pribadi sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Senayan City.
- Penukaran hadiah tidak dapat diwakilkan kecuali pemegang kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member berhalangan hadir dan wajib memberikan surat kuasa di atas materai Rp10.000 (Sepuluh ribu rupiah) kepada yang bersangkutan.
- Pemegang kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member dapat menukarkan hadiah yang ditawarkan selama persediaan masih ada.
- Poin akan otomatis terpotong setelah penukaran hadiah telah dilakukan.
- Hadiah yang telah ditukarkan tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai, dikembalikan dan dibatalkan dengan alasan apapun.
- Penukaran voucher khusus program redemption melalui Concierge atau mobile app Senayan City dan dapat diambil paling lambat 14 (empat belas) hari setelah masa penukaran.
- Penukaran voucher program belanja SCX Iconic Member dapat diambil di hari yang sama pada saat transaksi.
- Jika SCX Iconic Member tidak mengambil hadiah sampai batas waktu yang ditentukan, hadiah akan hangus dan menjadi milik Senayan City dan Senayan City tidak memiliki kewajiban apapun terhadap SCX Iconic Member tersebut.
Penghentian & Kebijakan Keanggotaan SCX Iconic Member
Tanpa mengurangi ketentuan lain dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, Senayan City setiap saat berhak mengambil keputusan dan kebijakan tanpa pemberitahuan dan tanpa memberikan alasan apapun kepada Anda untuk:
- Menangguhkan atau menghentikan keanggotaan SCX Iconic Member Anda untuk alasan apapun yang kami anggap tidak sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini; dan/atau
- Menolak partisipasi Anda pada program belanja SCX Iconic Member; dan/atau
- Mengubah, membatasi, menangguhkan atau menghentikan semua manfaat-manfaat, layanan-layanan, fasilitas-fasilitas dan hak istimewa yang berkaitan dengan keanggotan Anda.
Syarat & Ketentuan Lainnya
- Setiap pemegang kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member dianggap telah memahami Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dan menerima setiap perubahan apapun terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
- Kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member berlaku selama 2 (dua) tahun dari tanggal dibuat dan jika tidak ada transaksi dalam waktu 2 (dua) tahun, kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member akan berakhir secara otomatis.
- Untuk pemegang kartu virtual SCX 2.0 (Rose Gold e-card), jika akumulasi transaksi pembelanjaan tidak mencapai Rp30.000.000,- (tiga puluh juta rupiah) dalam 1 (satu) tahun, maka kartu virtual SCX 2.0 secara otomatis akan berubah menjadi SCX Style (Silver e-card).
- SCX Iconic Member setuju untuk menerima SMS reguler dan e-mail dari program SCX Iconic Member atau Senayan City.
- Pemegang kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member hanya dapat memiliki satu kartu keanggotaan. Apabila ditemukan satu individu memiliki lebih dari satu kartu, maka pemegang kartu virtual wajib memilih salah satu dari kartu virtual tersebut dan poin yang terdapat pada kartu virtual lainnya tidak dapat dipindahkan atau dialihkan.
- Poin dan kartu virtual SCX Iconic Member tidak dapat dipindah tangankan ke pihak lain.
- Semua data SCX Iconic Member bersifat rahasia dan hanya akan digunakan untuk kepentingan program kecuali diwajibkan untuk diungkapkan berdasarkan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku.
- Senayan City berhak secara mutlak atas kebijaksanaan Senayan City sendiri untuk mengambil tindakan tanpa batas untuk menentukan sanksi atas setiap penipuan atau pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh SCX Iconic Member.
- Setiap Syarat dan Ketentuan ini adalah terpisah dan berbeda dari satu sama lain dan jika sewaktu-waktu, salah satu atau lebih dari Syarat dan Ketentuan atau bagian daripadanya menjadi tidak sah, ilegal atau tidak dapat diterapkan, validitas, legalitas atau keberlakuan ketentuan yang lainnya tidak akan terpengaruh atau terganggu dengan cara apapun.
- Anda setuju untuk terikat dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dan semua Syarat dan Ketentuan yang mengatur penggunaan fasilitas-fasilitas tersebut, manfaat-manfaat atau layanan-layanan sehubungan dengan keanggotaan Anda, yang mana dapat diubah dari waktu ke waktu. Jika terdapat perbedaan antara Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dengan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan lainnya, ketentuan yang berlaku adalah ketentuan yang terdahulu dan ketentuan yang baru akan dianggap berubah sejauh diperlukan untuk memberlakukan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini. Kecuali ditentukan lain oleh Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, tidak ada Syarat dan Ketentuan ini yang mempengaruhi keabsahan dan keberlakuan dari hak atau upaya hukum Senayan City berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan lainnya yang akan terus berlaku.
- Dalam hal ini apabila terdapat ketidaksesuaian atau perbedaan penafsiran antara versi bahasa Inggris dan versi bahasa Indonesia dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, maka versi bahasa Indonesia yang diberlakukan.
