We pride ourselves on proprietary Goma and Ponzu sauces, which had been perfected by Chef Taka while he was in charge in popular Shabu Shabu restaurants in California, USA. Currently, Chef Kenji from Tokyo shares his expertise and instilling strict quality control to our restaurants.

We use fresh, highest quality ingredients for your dining pleasure. We only use Canola oil that is high in unsaturated fat, which has properties to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. Furthermore, we prohibit the use of preservative and MSG in our products.
