We are SABOGA : KINGS of BASO TAHU, our motto is “Untuk Rasa ya saboga rajanya : For Taste of Baso Tahu  Saboga is  the King”. Our product are various of Steamed Baso tahu and Fried Baso Tahu served with choice of chili peanut sauce or chicken broth .

Our Main Menus are :

1.       Various of Steamed Baso tahu served with chili peanut sauce .

Steamed Siomay, Steamed Tofu coated with siomay , Steamed Potatoes coated with Siomay, Boiled Egg coated with Siomay, Steamed White Cabbage coated with Siomay, Steamed bitter melon coated with siomay.

2.       Various of Fried Baso Tahu served with Chicken Broth

A.      Based made of Tenggiri Fish Sensation

Fried wonton siomay, Fried wonton siomay with noddle, Fried wonton siomay with black mushroom. All This various menus be made from Tenggiri fish and shaped wonton like flower bloom, and Fish Ball.

B.      Based made of Chicken Sensation

Fried wonton Chicken Siomay, Fried wonton Chicken Roll, Fried Egg Ball (with quail egg)

C.      Based made of Shrimp Sensation

Fried wonton Shrimp Siomay, Fried Noodle we called it “IFUMIE”, Shrimp Ball.

D.      Based made of Squid Sensation

       Various of Meatball served with Chicken Broth

Meatball consist of beef, quail Egg, Beef Sausage, Cheese, Chicken and Seafood, and our unique meatball is the flat and rather thin meatball. All of this menus served as a soup.

4.       Various of topping Noodle served with Chicken Broth

Salted noodle topping with sweet chicken meat, sweet noodle topping with salted chicken meat, salted noodle topping with hot and spicy chicken meat and salted noodle topping with Black pepper beef meat, all of this add with button mushroom.

5.       Our Special Menus for Snack,  we called it “Otak-Otak” served with delicious hot and spicy peanut sauce. ”Otak-Otak” it self consist of Special dough from fresh Tenggiri Fish wrapped with banana leaf and we grilled it, in front of you! Delicious!
