BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibility :

• Responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets
• To keep track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.Organizing and monitoring bussiness research periodically

Requirements :

• Male/Female, max 27 years of age
• Min S1 from Marketing, Public Relation or equivalent
• Having experience at least 2 years as Account Executive or Marketing in shopping center, advertising agency or Media
• Communication skill, hard working and able to work under pressure
• Having selling skill and good networking
  
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  

HOUSEKEEPING OFFICER

Job responsibility :

• Handling complaint from tenant & customer related cleanliness and comfort area
• To make coordination with housekeeping vendor to maintain cleanliness area
• Monitoring and observing interior/exterior and customer facilities in good condition and restroom facilities stock

Requirement :

• Male, max 35 years of age
• Min D3 Tourism/Hotel
• Having 3 years experience in the same position
• Good command in English, written & command
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Good personality & communication skill, team work and hard worker
• Able to work on shift duty
